Official Rules – ATN Blaze Seeker 207 Thermal Monocular Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Cross Arms & Ammo LLC, a Michigan-based Limited Liability Company d/b/a Harbor Arsenal. Business address: 2222 W Grand River Ave, STE A, Okemos, MI 48864.

2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and agents of Cross Arms & Ammo LLC and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on June 25, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on July 12, 2025 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the form available at https://harborarsenal.com/pages/giveaway by providing their name, email address, and birthday, and agreeing to receive marketing emails from Harbor Arsenal.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): Participants may also enter without subscribing by submitting their full name and email address via the alternate entry form located at https://forms.gle/is2RnxLDc6F3RCZZ7. One entry per person, regardless of method.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) ATN Blaze Seeker 207 Thermal Monocular, approximate retail value (ARV): $579.00. No cash or other substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the deadline. Drawing will be conducted on or about July 13, 2025. The winner will be announced on our Facebook Page, Instagram, and notified via email within three (3) business days. The winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of the notification to claim the prize or an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions

By entering this giveaway, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

9. Liability Release

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Cross Arms & Ammo LLC, and their respective affiliates, partners, and employees from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

10. Taxes

Prize is under $600 in value and no IRS 1099 form will be issued. Winner is solely responsible for any local, state, or federal taxes that may apply.

11. Privacy

Information collected through the entry process is subject to the Harbor Arsenal Privacy Policy. Your information will only be used for giveaway administration and marketing emails (unless you opt out).

12. Winner List

The winner’s name may be posted publicly on our website or social media (first name, last initial only), with permission. To request the winner's name, email giveaway@harborarsenal.com after July 15, 2025.
